Catering to Nobody by Diane Mott Davidson
In an attempt to find “something different” in a mystery series, I picked up Catering to Nobody, the first in a series about a caterer who solves murders surrounding the events she is catering. The titles in the series are great.. The Cereal Murders, Dying for Chocolate. In addition, she includes recipes through-out the book which is really fun. I just wish the stories were a bit less contrived, the writing a bit better... It was an OK read for the plane (yes.. another trip to Korea and back in a week.. glad I won't be doing one of those for while!), but I won’t be rushing out to buy more of the series.
